I blew a tire after hitting a pothole on Meadows Drive. I limped into the Four Tire Store in Pagosa and they were able to sell me a new tire and change it out. Then I made an appointment for an alignment and returned to the store a week later. When I got to the tire store I waited for 45 minutes until the staff told me the computer gave an error message of: "do not have the proper equipment" for my VW alignment. Needless to say, I was upset that I had wasted my time waiting for a service that I felt the staff should have known whether they could perform or not. Since the store is new in town, I felt it was important to let management know about my experience. The manager was not available so I left a message with the owner, Robby. Robby called me back 3 times before we connected and he was extremely interested in making me happy. He had done his homework by reading the notes on the services requested. He had made a call to the Durango store to see why the computer had given the staff an error message. He troubleshooted reasons and he had a solution to remedy the problem for me and future customers. Then he offered to pay for my alignment and helped me schedule another alignment appointment. When I arrived for my second alignment appointment Cameron, the manager, was there to accommodate me. I appreciate the efforts that Robby, the owner, took to remedy my situation. I am now a VERY satisfied customer!

While on vacation my rental car needed a tire replaced. Scott and the crew at Four States Tire did a great job replacing our damaged tire and got us on our way in an hour so we could continue to enjoy our vacation. Thanks guys and great job!

Had tire work on my motorhome 10/3/18. Daniel Benjamin was my technician. He performed his work quickly and with utmost skill. He was very friendly and helpful with my questions. I would highly recommend him. You have a great employee that represent your company well. Should do everything you can to keep him.
